As a Chartered football club, we work closely with the Football Association to create a safe and creative environment for our players to develop. Safeguarding is key to making sure our players and volunteers are protected.

We provide a safe, secure and fun environment for children to play football. We are keen to show you some of the things we do as a club to ensure this:

• All of our volunteers are CRC checked and have completed / booked onto the FA accredited Safeguarding Children course.

• Every squad has at least one coach who is FA First Aid qualified. 

• We have 15 coaches who have achieved the FA Level 1 Coaching qualification.

• We have lifesaving defibrillators at both facilities.

• We have FA Accredited club guidance policies in place.

• We follow the FA RESPECT match guidance.

 

We are pleased to say that we have very few welfare incidents. These are taken very seriously if they arise and handled in accordance with FA guidelines.
